Come out to MorningStar’s Model Homes Extravaganza on Saturday, April 27th, to see what we’re all about. Whether you’re a current resident coming out to see the latest product and amenities, or a curious neighbor hoping to invest in one of MorningStar’s gorgeous properties, this is a great way to see everything we have to offer, all at one family-friendly event.
MorningStar Model Homes Extravaganza
Meet us April 27th, from 1-4 PM for fun, prizes, and more. Our Model Home Extravaganza is at 101 Ridgeview Court, Georgetown, TX 78628, with events at the Dog Park, Amenity Center, Big Dipper Fishing Pond, Event Lawn, and the Model Home Park. Park along MorningStar Boulevard at the Amenity Center, or walk from home.
There will be 13 different model homes to tour. No matter what you’re looking for, you’ll almost certainly find an incredible model home that strikes your fancy.
There’s truly something here for everyone, including:
- An animal adoption sponsored by the Georgetown Animal Shelter. Check out a trailer full of loving adoptable pets in the Amenity Center parking lot.
- Learn to fish, or brush up on your angling skills. Fishing expert Tyler Torwick will be stationed at the fishing pier, teaching attendees how to fish.
- Musical stylings by DJ Kenny.
- MMMPanadas Food Truck will offer snacks and appetizers in front of the Amenity Center. We’ll also have refreshments stationed under the pavilion.
- Dog-friendly: Bring Fido to the dog park, to the adoption event, to listen to music, or to one of our lawn games.
- Family fun: Check out the caricature artist, fishing, and food, or enjoy a game of disc golf while your kids bounce on the interactive inflatable.
- Raffle for $50 gift cards Dicks Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shop, and Pet Smart.
- The first 20 attendees get a free MorningStar logo cap or shirt!
