MorningStar and Meritage Homes are excited to announce the addition of the Americana product to our community. Americana will feature charming homes with brand new, functional floor plans. Each new home is full of fabulous features including blinds on the front windows, walk-in showers in the master bathrooms, and designer selected finishes that give the feeling of an upscale ranch retreat. Every Meritage home in the Americana section will feature gorgeous granite or quartz counters, beautiful kitchen backsplashes, 42” upper cabinets, and tile or durable luxury vinyl plank flooring.
The beautiful Meritage Americana series homes will be offered on 40 and 45 foot home-sites, with six floor plans ranging in size from 1242 sq. ft. to 2,282 sq. ft. with 3-4 bedroom and 2-2.5 bathrooms. Prices for these homes will start in the low $200s.
To celebrate and showcase this stunning new series, Meritage will be opening a model home at the end of June, the Everglade. The Everglade is a modern, open-concept home with a unique, functional layout. A large island anchors the kitchen to the casual dining area and family room. Tucked at the rear of the home, a private master suite features a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The covered outdoor living space is perfect for stargazing and taking in the fresh air of the Texas Hill Country.
Over the next few weeks, Meritage will be sending more updates on the development of their new model and section at MorningStar. They will also host a Grand Opening event in early July with gourmet snacks, face painter, and a balloon artist for the kids.
